Club house report The House Management Team would like to take the opportunity to make some changes to the catering arrangements provided on a Monday to members. Historically, the catering has had a low level of income on a Monday, consequently we run at a loss when we take into account fixed costs and wages. It is our desire with your assistance to trial a method where we reduce staffing levels on a Monday and offer a less selective choice of menu, although continuing to be wholesome. Your co-operation and assistance will be greatly appreciated and during the trial period of 6 months, your views on the trial will be most welcome. Could I also remind members that the kitchen area is restricted to employees and House staff and should not be entered by Club members.
